Data for the first quarter of 2018 shows it is still a strong seller’s market in northern Colorado. Median price for single family homes is up 9.6% to $400,000 and inventory is at 1.5 months of supply. Inventory is slightly tighter for the town home – condo category, and the median price is at $275,000 which is 3.7% above that for the first quarter of 2017.
